Not sure if your shipment is FCL or LCL?

FCL = Full Container Load. This means an exporter or importer has exclusive use of a dedicated sea freight container, normally a 20ft or 40ft container. They are usually loaded and sealed at origin then shipped by a combination of sea, rail and/or road to the final destination.

LCL = Less than Container Load. This is when your shipment is less than a full container (or more than one but not enough for two). This sea freight service groups a number of clients’ shipments together in one container load to avoid delay and help costs.
